London Trip Quick Answers
You’ve Got Questions About Your London Trip. Let’s Answer Them.
London Trip Quick Answers is a 30-minute live Zoom with Tracy and Doug, a British couple who have spent years exploring London, answering the specific questions standing between you and a trip you feel confident about.
You need someone who really knows London to tell you: yes, base yourself in that neighbourhood, not the one you were leaning towards. No, skip the hop-on-hop-off bus and do this instead. The London Pass is worth it for your three days, but only if you front-load these attractions. Or here is the one small change to your day that saves you an hour on the Tube.
That is what a London Trip Quick Answers session is. Thirty minutes with Tracy and Doug, two Brits who know London inside out, working through the things you are actually stuck on.
You bring the questions, we go through them together. You leave with clear answers, and a recording of the call plus a short summary with links lands in your inbox.
Tracy and Doug Collins

We have been helping overseas visitors plan London and UK trips since 2020, and between us we have answered thousands of questions about where to stay, how to get around, what is worth your time, and what quietly is not. Whatever you are sitting with, we have heard a version of it before.
Introducing London Trip Quick Answers
A 30-minute live Zoom call with Tracy and Doug, built for one thing: answering the specific questions sitting between you and a London trip you feel confident about.
You bring the questions, we bring the knowledge. This is not itinerary planning, and it is not a general trip overview. It is a focused conversation about the particular things you are unsure about, with two people who know London well and can give you a straight answer.
It is the call for travellers who have their London trip broadly sorted and just need a few things confirmed or clarified before they go.
How It Works
1. Book a time
Choose a slot that works for you and fill in the short intake form so we know your trip details before we join the call.
2. Get your questions answered
Spend 30 minutes with Tracy and Doug going through the things you are stuck on. You will get straight, personalised answers.
3. Leave with clarity
A recording of the call and a short summary with key links lands in your inbox, so everything is easy to find when you need it.

You Might Be Wondering
What kinds of questions can I ask?
Anything to do with your London trip. Which area makes the best base for your group? Is the London Pass worth it for the number of days you have? How many days in London is actually enough? Is that day trip to Bath and Stonehenge too much to pack into one day? Which afternoon tea is worth booking? What is the one change that would make your days flow better? If it is sitting unresolved in your planning, bring it to the call.
Is this the right session if I am still building my itinerary?
No, and that is worth being clear about. This session is for travellers who already have a plan taking shape and have specific questions they want answered. It is not itinerary design, and it is not a full trip review. If you want help building or fine-tuning your itinerary, our Video Itinerary Review or 1:1 Consultation is the right service for that.
Will both Tracy and Doug be on the call?
Yes. Tracy and Doug join every session together, so you get both perspectives at once, from where to stay and what to prioritise through to getting around and day trips.
Does this cover day trips from London?
Yes. Popular day trips such as Windsor, Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford and the Cotswolds are all fair game. If you are planning a wider multi-stop UK trip, our UK Trip Quick Answers session is the better fit, and dedicated train travel questions have their own session, Doug’s 30-Minute Q&A.
What if I need more than 30 minutes?
Most people find 30 minutes covers far more than they expect, particularly if you come in knowing what you want to work through. If during the call you realise you would benefit from a longer, more structured session, we can talk through the 1:1 Consultation as a next step.
What if I need to reschedule?
You can reschedule through the link in your booking confirmation. We just ask for reasonable notice so the slot can be offered to someone else.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a live, time-reserved session, we do not offer refunds once the call is booked. If something comes up and you cannot make your slot, please reschedule rather than miss it.
